RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date you received your order, provided the item(s) are in their original condition.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund to your original payment method within 3 business days.

Please send your return package using a trackable shipping method and contact us with your tracking number at support@vynderful.com. We do not provide prepaid return labels. We recommend using a reliable carrier such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS and keeping the tracking information for your records. Return shipping costs are non-refundable, and Vynderful is not responsible for packages lost in transit.

Please note: We do not charge a restocking fee for standard returns, but customers are responsible for the return shipping cost. Please contact us by email in advance, and we will provide you with the nearest available return address.

Merchandise eligible for return or exchange must be:

  • New, unused, and in original condition

  • Returned with all original hangtags, packaging, and components

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase, such as the order confirmation email or order number

Used items are not eligible for return or exchange and will be sent back.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase. Once your return has been received and processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund to your account.

All returns and exchanges must be requested within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Please note that a restocking fee may apply only if the returned item is not in resalable condition or is returned without original packaging.

Returns and Exchanges

If you would like to request an exchange, please contact us first for instructions.

To return or exchange an item, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us first

Please contact us at support@vynderful.com and provide:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for the return or exchange

2. Wait for return instructions

We will provide you with the return instructions and the appropriate return address. Please pack the item securely and make sure your order number is clearly included inside or on the package.

3. Ship the item back

Customers are responsible for returning the item(s) at their own expense. We do not provide prepaid return labels. Please use a shipping service with tracking, and preferably signed delivery and/or insurance, as Vynderful is not responsible for lost return parcels.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or payment provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@vynderful.com.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a credit for the value of your return once the returned item is received and processed.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves before giving it to you, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.
