All orders are shipped from China by air freight, and we deliver worldwide.

Please note that a parcel may be returned due to the buyer’s delay in receiving the package. In such cases, we are unable to issue a refund. Thank you for your understanding.

Q1: I just placed an order. When will it ship?
A1: Please allow 1–3 business days for processing before your order is shipped.
Q2: How long is the shipping time?
A2: Shipping time to the United States is usually about 3–7 business days. For other countries, shipping may take around 10–20 business days.
Please note that delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, holidays, weather conditions, or carrier disruptions. While most packages arrive on time, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date. Delivery time is ultimately dependent on the shipping carrier.
Q3: Will I receive a tracking number?
A3: Yes. We provide tracking information for every order. Tracking details will be available once your order has been shipped.
Q4: Can I cancel my order?
A4: Yes, you may cancel your order without penalty within 24 hours of placing it. If the item has already been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible.
Q5: I entered an incorrect address. What should I do?
A5: If you entered the wrong shipping address, please reply to your order confirmation email as soon as possible with the correct information. If notified within 24 hours, we may be able to update the address before shipment.
Q6: My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
A6: We carefully pack every item with protective materials. However, in rare cases, products may be damaged during transit.
